Ordered several sets of TV shows on DVD in early June. Discovered after placing order that items would not be shipped before I was to go out of town. Cancelled order - no problem with company.
Returned to town and placed new order begining of July. Was E-mailed tracking numbers for Canada Post. 3 weeks later and Canada Post has not received the items to ship. Only contact to copany is a form page on their website. No reply to repeated requests for information. Have filed greivence with my credit Card company, who will reverse charges and give SXRx.ca a chance to dispute my claim.
Really saddens me, as the products sound very appealling anfd I would like to get them.
