On the evening of Feb 2nd 2010 my husband notified me that we won a prize, But we would have to have someone come into our home to demonstrate a product to get the Prize. We Liked the Vacume but my husband is Unemployed and i work on casual basis. So talked about it and Said yes we would buy it. That was not the Problem!!
My Husband got a job in Calgary and we have to move, we couldn't afford this vacume if we have to buy a house in Calgary so i called on Monday the 8th of Feb at 11:00 to talk to someone to let them know that we want to return the vacume because we are moving. The Secretary said that she would get someone to contact me at 1:00pm, so i left my number with her. At 2:00 no one has contacted me so i called again and the same secretary answered and said that someone will get back to me right away, they just stepped out. Well come on now I am a customer that just bought a $3000.00 dollar vacume and they can't phone me back. My Husband called at 3:34 pm and said that we have called two times and no one have contacted us back, she said she will put him through with the manager. ok why wasn't i put through to the manager the second time i called, but my husband talked to the manager right away. Because i am a women and i don't no anything.
When we delivered the vacume on the 9th of february at 1.00pm, i asked about no one contacted me when i called and my name is on the contract, but my husband calls and is put right through to the manager right away.
He told me that they are alway busy and they would have phone before the end of the day. What a bunch of Crap!!! He treated me with no respect and started talking down to me and sounded like he really didn't give a crap about us even thou we were bringing the vacume back. We got there and all they were doing is sitting in the managers office having coffee and talking. I was going to buy the vacume when we get settled in Calgary but after the way i was treated Tristar vacume will never be in my house ever again.
Word of mouth is important to any company well trust me i am a big mouth.
