I brokered a shoe sale with Mr. Khalid Adnane for my buyer. My commission was included in the quote to the buyer, and Mr. Adnane said that he would wire me the commission of $10, 000, once the buyer had received the shoes. The shoes were received in December, and I still have not received my commission.
Mr. Adnane has lied over and over, stating that he wired the money to me. Finally, he said that his bank said that there was not enough info on my bank for them to wire the money. I sent him my bank officer's name and telephone number, and that was the last I heard from Mr. Adnane. He will not respond to any emails or telephone calls since that time, when prior he always did.
His failure to pay has put me in a very bad financial position. I worked extremely hard to to close the deal. Anything you can do to assist me in acquiring my commission, would be greatly appreciated.
