Sent me a letter and check saying I had won $120, 000 and they included a check for $1998.00 to help pay taxes. The institution name belongs to a hospital, but the phone number is from Canada. ripoff

I received a letter from Global-Link Lotto saying I had won $120, 000 and the included a check for $1998.00 to help pay the taxes. The name of the institution on the check is a hospital in Wisconsin, but the phone number comes back from Saskatchewan, Canada.
