When I got this check at first I was excited cause all I wanted was a bed, I just moved into a place to start my life over and I was able to obtain other furniture but i was unable to by a bed with money being tight and my health is very bad. Cause I have no dependents living with me I can not receive help from any organizations. I have a boyfriend but he can only do so much, cause he was just in a very bad car accident two days before i got this check.
It really hurt, that people out there can do this to people like me. I hope these people are caught, so they can not do this to anyone else.
These people should not get away with doing this, attacking people who are down on there luck. I got a letter in the mail when I opened it a check for 1998.00 fell out. It came with a letter stating " congradulation final notice ".
That as of November 24 2006 I was a lucky ticket owner, the ticket number was 077566 for the lottery in the 3rd category. It also stated that I was approved for a lump sum of 120, 000.00 in a cash credited file ZZTE508-22/A1. Total cash prize of 7, 853, 180.00 shared among all international winners in this category.
It also stated that they a secured the required amount needed for taxed in the amount of 1998.00. I was to call the number 1-604-338-7092 to send that amount to of 1998.00 by westernunion by the date of December 18th 2006. The western union slip was to state on it " whitehorse... Iukon... canada " and use another name. The man on the phone stated to use a family name like a brother or sister or even parent, anyone that is still living and is in the same state you are living. The man also stated that the western union in the amount of 1998.00 was to be sent out by december 18th 2006 9pm. If not all funds will be return to the Global Sweepstakes as unclaimed. The man also stated that the check was to be cashed and not deposited to insure everything can be done by above said date.
