Ripoff - USPS fraud lotto letter and check

I recieved a letter via USPS stating I have won the Euro Royal Commisiions Random Lotto. Enclosed was a check for $2998.35 drawn off of a Wachovia bank in Roanoke VA. The agent I was told to contact was Brenda Smith of the Royal Financial Management Group. I did not cash the check but wanted to report the incident.
