Back in April of 2006 I answered a ad about The U.S. Goverment issuing grants to US Citizens. They told me it would be $349.00 to get the packet and after i receive to fill it out and send it in. To this date of July 11th, 2006 I have not receive the packet and I keep calling them and all they do is give me the run around. I feel like I should get a refund and this Company should be out of business.
