RIPOFF. Stole 40$ from my money order and never received my prepaid credit card

Last summer, I have sent an amount of 40$ to Harvest Capital to receive a pre-paid mastercard. I still haven't received it and realized that company is a fraud. Let's sue that company or individual to court and make him pay each and everyone from whom he stole from. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO HARVEST CAPITAL!
