I went to get a "Hot and Ready" Pizza from Little Caesar's Pizza on Tenth Line, in Orleans, Ontario in February 2026. I had to wait, standing, for over 17 minutes. They are suppose to have the pizza Ready when you get there. This is false advertisement. I am a senior citizen and I had to stand the whole time while waiting. I have gout and was in pain. I complained to the manager but she was condescending, said she may give me a breadstick, which I found very unacceptable given the circumstance. Other pizza franchises provide much better service and provide proper compensation for such an incident. I strongly recommend that no one go to this location.
