I found Harvest Capital on the internet. Sent my $30.00 and have not heard from them since. It has been over six weeks when they said I would receive my card. Upon checking up I discovered several consumer complaintss. I am disappointed, as I was looking forward to receiving a card. I guess I just lost my $30.00
