No Refund Policy

I bought 2 Vouchers of Car Detailing for $39 each back in November 2011. But I did not find use for them and decided to get a refund. In their policy they state "Refund can be issued if Vouchers have not been used". But after 14 days days and 15 emails back and forth between me and dealticker, They totally refused to provide me the refund of $78. Which is totally unfair and this issue should be brought into light because this is happening way to often now days. They continually stated the reason "Since the merchant is operational and are providing the services stated on deal we cannot refund you this order ."

- Please if someone else has been a victim of this Site, please come forward and express yourself, If all of us Canadians don't pay attention to these arising issues we will have alot to deal with later on.
