Harvest Capital is a company that does not exist and if you send your money to them for the "prepaid mastercard" you will not receive anything. One red flag is that they have no US website but claim they are an American company. I have reported them to phonebusters. If you have lost your $39 to these theives, please contact phonebusters or the RCMP
