I ordered a holly basket from them as they advertised that they delivered from local Montreal florists. What was delivered was snapdragons with pine cones and red ball. Not at all what I had ordered or even an acceptable substitute. Also did not find out till after the fact that they charged in USD. My first incling was went I went to the receipt to read about substitutions and found the currency down at the bottom. Why advertise as a local Montreal florist and then charge in USD. After all that I went looking for a phone number on the website and could not even find the same ad so I knew there was something up. Also found this site with the number of complaints. Wish I had found it first as I have yet to see what they charged my Visa it was supposed to be 60.00 guess I can count on about 75.00. Dont suppose I will get any where on the 1-800 given what I read here.
