This company has changes it's billing policies without any prior notification. They DOUBLED their tank rental charges a year ago without notice or reason. After notifying them that I no longer want their service, they have imposed a TANK REMOVAL FEE of $99.00 (plus GST). There is no mention of this anywhere.
I had previously changed from their company 5 years ago due to BAD SERVICE and at that time there was no fee involved. Unfortunately, they bought out the company I changed to and I again find myself in the same position of changing companies due to BAD SERVICE again, only this time they have imposed this tank removal fee.
The Ministry of Consumer Affairs was useless as "they don't handle things of that nature." They referred me to the TSSA, which is also useless and informed me that I would have to take them to court!
BEWARE CONSUMERS!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE!!!
