Vancouver Rental Scam Condo apartment management company personal assaults

This company took my $900 CASH deposit for the unit I was approved for and then all the sudden they units was no longer available and the next thing I knew I was told to wait for a check to be mailed back to me.

I have emailed and called many times and get no response. They have even accused me of trying to harass them/scam them and have even gone as far as contacting people on my tenancy application to tell them these false allegations. They called my MOTHER who was on the application as my emergency contact and told her that her daughter was a liar and thief and to get her to go away, etc

I am just disgusted by Sarah Van Slyke, Jennifer Hillman and Richard J. Van Slyke; their arrogance and disregard for the tenancy laws of British Columbia is well known and illegal.

PLEASE WATCH OUT! DONT DEAL WITH THEM WETHER YOU ARE A RENTER OR A PROPERTY OWNER... YOU CAN DO BETTER... MUCH BETTER!
