Attention: Potential Homeowners, Vacation renters or Corporate Suite users "beware" of this company using corrupt and dishonest practices. If you are a homeowner and want to use this property management company, please go elsewhere. They will cheat you out of the revenue that you are entitled to. They will take goods from your property and not return them. Your property will be in worse shape when it is returned to you. If you try and contact Malibu, it will be days before you get a response if you are lucky. If you try and resolve your problem, they will not return emails nor phone calls. Stay away for your own good.
If you are Vacation Renter or Corporate Suite user, they will most likely move you to another unit of lesser value. They are difficult to contact to resolve your problem. They also do not provide any service when you need it most.
