Monstrous charge for account closure Thunder Bay

I recently purchased a house that unfortunately had a Reliance Hot Water tank in it. The first thing I did was remove the tank and replace it with my own on-demand heating system (which is great by the way). I had the contractor return the tank to reliance on my behalf.

Then I received a bill for $250 which includes an account setup fee of $30.00, account closure fee of $200 and usage fee of $5.

I didn't even have the tank for a week and did them a favour of signing up. I don't mind paying a return or closing fee but this is outrageous.
