In late Summer of 2006, I contracted with the Sentry Group to make a concrete extension to my driveway. Nicholas Hoover came and did the job.By Februrary of 2007 it was evident that this concrete was not going to last. Pieces were falling off the edges and on the top. my husbsand and I came to the conclusion that the concrete wasn't mixed properly. Eventually more concrete kept breaking off until there were large open areas visible. I called Nick and was told that as soon as the weather was better it would be fixed.
Summer came and they brought a guy who told me that it could not be fied but he did some patch up job and left.By January of 2008 we noticed the same thing happenning again. I called and left a message for Nick but he did not reply.
I went to the home show in my city and saw Nick running a booth. I spoke to him about the driveway and he agreed something had to be done. He promised that he would come by so we could decide on what was to be done to correct this problem.
After 6 phone messages, left with his wife, and an email messsage, I am still waiting for Nick to contact me. Summer will soon be over and we will be heading into Winter when no outside work can be done.
We paid good money for this and if the job was done properly in the first place we wouldn't be facing this problem now.
