SALES PERSON - FORCEFULLY INVITED HIMSELF IN

On March 30th, 2011. A "Salesperson" knocked on the door and my mom (who is a elderly women) opened the door. The Reliance Salesperson introduced himself as "Michael 'Kowoby'" and said that " I'm here to look at your Water tank". My mother thought it was the regular water meter reading technicians from the City. He then tells my mother that I want to look at the water tank. My mother takes him downstairs where the water tank is. He tells her that this a OLD tank and it must be replaced. My mother said that The owner is not home right now. He went on trying to sell this water tank to an elderly women. He eventually left and I came home. He rings the bell and I open the door, He asks for the owner and I informed he is not home right now. Forcefully trying to come into the house again and show ME whats wrong with the current tank and that I must sign up for the tank. EVEN-THOUGH I"M NOT the owner of the house. It just happend that the owner was talking to my mother and the salesperson said Let me talk to him, Kept on forcefully trying to sell this RELIANCE CRAPPY UNTRUSTED UNRELIABLE Service (i say all that because I've had to deal with Reliance at my previous house) and get a commitment. He also said that He will be back in this area tomorrow, Can I come by then. AFTER telling him a million of times that WE ARE NOT INTERESTED he still said, see you tomorrow.
