On March 1, 2006, I bought furniture from The Furniture Palace. After the delivery I have had nothing but trouble, frustration and disappointment. They scratched my new freshly varnished hardwood floors and plinth all over during the delivery so badly that damage estimated by professional Floor Refinishing and Repairing company is over 300 dollars after their visit. My white and peach walls are now in dark stains from their dusty clothes. Everywhere where they had passed are dirty stripes and the whole impression of their service is completely terrible. I called them twice after this "Delivery Service" and all I've got was just rude explanation that they are not responsible for any damage they made to their client property. No apologies or even regrets about damage made... So I came to a conclusion that it's Furniture Palace's regular treatments of their clients. Ontario customers, BEWARE! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM The Furniture Palace on Kennedy Road, Toronto (Scarborough)- BAD, INCOMPETENT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION!
