Wrongful Billing: Failure to bill coherently for 8 months

Consumer Protection: No warning for consumer at risk of losing security of home/utilities

Breach of Fiduciary Duty: To bill for services in a timely and thorough fashion

Breach of Contract re: ENMAX policy:

"Meter Readings: Meters are read at regular intervals. If your meter is not read, the current charges will be estimated based on previous use history for the property"--Did not bill for Natural Gas for 8 months!!

Then charges in one lump sum over $1000.00!!!
