Product not received

I ordered some inket cartridges on May 2 and never received them. They have not responded to 3 emails and the voicemail box is always full.

Too bad, I've ordered from them in the past and service was always great.

What really made me mad is that after not receiving product and me sending 3 emails, they sent me an email asking for my business!
