Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop stopped suddenly and wouldn't turn back on. 4 years old. When I called they said I had to give them a large deposit - on a credit card - over $500 just to look at it. It had to be shipped to Onatrio. I refused to give an open credit card situation.
I heard in the US there is a class action suit regarding this product.
I have requested via email to have a manager talk with me. no response.
