After purchasing expansion packs for Battlefield 2, they would not allow me to register them, making them useless. Trying to get a hold of these guys is ridiculous. There is no direct email or complaint department, pages of check boxes and forms are required for an email responses just to tell you there may be 144 hour wait, then they send you an email demanding information, then send you another telling you to wait and, by the way, if you could respond within 144 hours or be dropped from the complaint list!
I will never buy another PC based game from EA games again - ever. I suggest that anyone out there thinking of buying EA games buy yourself a hammer, that way you can beat yourself in the head for real, instead of the virtual one you will buy from EA.
