TransGaming Technologies Cedega: Lets you play Windows games on Linux. Yeah doesn't work on my box too

Purchased the year subscription of $55 with one month free or $5 a month. This software allows users to play Windows games on Linux O/S's. "The next generation of Linux gaming has arrived. New games, cutting-edge technology, and blazing fast performance make Cedega 6.0 a must-have for any Linux gaming enthusiast." Yet I can only get 1 out of 25 games to actually work??? Let alone 7 to at least install. I've sent an email to the company complaining that there system doesn't work and I want my money back and they can keep the 1 month free and refund my $55. Have yet to hear from them. If this is a company that wants credibility in the tech biz they need to respond to the people that pay their bills. All I suggest is keep your Windows install for games or use the Wii or PlayStation.
