Very poor alterations

Very poor alterations done on a suit jacket when I returned the next day I spoke to a person who said that they don't have the machine to do the job correctly. We went back two hours later to speak to the manager who told me she would not be giving me a refund but they should have told me that they did not have the proper machine to do the stitching before I left the item and then I would have gone to my tailer in Kitchener instead. I still need to take this item to a real tailer to get the job done correctly so I will need to pay twice to wear my new jacket. The store return policy is within 30 days a full refund or they will pay to replace the item I am very unsatified with the service and also the response from the staff and especialy the so called manager who was smirking at me the whole time we were trying to resolve this matter. Just to add insult the manager said go ahead when I said I will be reporting this to another agency and my partner was also there as a witness to the very poor customer satisfaction skills used by the manager. I would also expect to be compensated for my time and gas for needing to return to the store twice
