I purchased a comforter On Saturday July 10th, I tried on the Bed On Sunday late afternoon. Found it looked too dark, packed it up to bring it back on the Monday, because it was too late on Sunday.
When I got to the store the manager tells me that they have a 24 hour return policy and would not refund me. Nothing was marked on the bill about that and sales person did not mention this to me on purchase. To make things even worse when I said to the manager that was never told about this he Said no way he was sure i was told... so in fact he called me stupid and dismissed.
I tried really hard to find another comforter, out of the three i liked they did not have the KING because it was discontinued. Now I have a store credit for a store I hate more then words can express... the worst part is that I had planned to make other purchases there but now will never do so. I think that the store is not intelligent they treat people with no regard and expect to keep on doing business... it might take time but on customer at a time they will loose out over the long run.
I will consume my store create and only that but not a penny more...
