I Am A Canadian citizen I call Etihad air line Toronto PH no, 4162214744 on ninth July 2010 to purchase return ticket from Toronto via Abu Dhabi to lahore. The transfer my call to Bombay sale office Bombay office sales agent name dipti offered me the return tickets from Toronto to Pakistan via Abu Dhabi US Dollar 1336 for adult. My 7yers child return ticket offered 1038 US dollar total cost is 2374 US. She asked me the return traveling date, I answered her it will be August 8 or 10 2010.
I again asked her the return fare in pak rupee she confirmed me the return fare for adult 117004 pak RS, and for child 90884 total Amount in pak RS 207884. After the total amount in US & Pak RS, I accept her offer for return tickets. I asked her to send me the conformation for return tickets booking on my Email no, [email protected]. The next day I received Email from Etihad air way contact centre agent ID 03791540 Dated 09/07/2010. Booking ref: yoipwd with wrong name & one-way ticket.
So, I have to call Bombay office to make correction of my name and return tickets. The Etihad air ways centre Bombay sent me the second booking with correct name & again issue booking REF: yw3v74 on 11th Jul 2010 for one way ticket. I again call to Etihad air ways centre Bombay they were missing my return date and information on the ticket.
I visit to Etihad air ways Toronto to collect the ticket Mr. mubasher Manger issue me the one ticket & said that this is the negligence of Bombay office to offer return tickets in us Dollar 2374 & now they are cheating & issuing only one way tickets instead of return ticket in the offered amount 2374 dollar.
Again we called Bombay office to notice the negligence of Bombay office staff to issue the return tickets they issue only one way tickets in the return tickets amount
They rippled that we will look for tele phone tapes for the first booking for 9th July 2010 & call u back.
On 14th of July Bombay office call me back the finds the booking taps & you will get soon the Etihad air ways staff to accommodate your return tickets.
On 15th of July 2010 we left protesting notice to your Etihad Air ways office Toronto we also complained at Abu Debi air port to rajinder to air line agent we also complain to Lahore office Mr. amer, now I am sending this complained to word you that I have lost my energy money & time & Reserve the right to calmed the total demerges from the court of justice. It is also my right that Etihad air line shell full fills the costs of my return tickets amount.
