I went to order online ticket for a November 7th rock show in Toronto Canada and had front center seats availbel, but when I put in my request for 3 tickets and error message came onto my screen and a code and numbers came up on just a plain white screen, had to get back in line for tickets on-line and got crappy seats for the show. Called Ticket Master and they said there was nothing they could do about the situation as it might be hackers trying to cut people in line. Waited weeks for my tickets to come and nothing!
I called and TicketMaster Canda and waited an hour on the phone to get connected to a customer service rep on level 2 support. Whatever that is. I was then told they didn't print my tickets and all tickets were printed and sent out over a week ago. They had no explaination about why that happened abnd said they would print my tickets and send them out. got thme yesterday and I got two pairs of identical tickets. What's up with that? I hate Ticket Master Canada and I hate their customer service even more because they are a bunch of untrained morons.
