I recently flew on Aerosvit airlines from Delhi to Toronto via Kiev. The service on board was terrrible. The crew were not professional and did not attend to passenger needs. The were not attentive. I asked for a veg meal. They provided a non veg meal with no hesitation. The flight attendant did not apologize, or she did not have any efforts to try to take care of my request. I found they did not take care of the indian passengers. The flight had 75% indian passengers. I also found that when you call for them or any indian passenger calls the with the call light. The seem to ignore. Most of the elderly passengers traveling by alone, were not taken care of properly.
