Ordered a corner fireplace and damage was discovered upon unpacking, Cymax refuses to replace it as they say it was not annotated on the delivery form. A friend accepted it and I unpacked it upon arrving home from work just a few hours later. The entire back of the fireplace was damaged/broken and cracked. Called Cymax immmediately to report it. Then sent email as instructed with photographs. All this to n0 avail, as they place the blame back to me that the gigantic package was not unpacked in front of the delivery driver and annotated. I have never heard of this in my entire life. I also contacted the manufacturer and all they have done is refer it back to Cymax. So, for the past 6 weeks the fireplace is still in the box in my living room. I used bill me later and have filed a disupte with them as well. This is the most frustrating experinec I have ever been through as a consumer. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Canada and contacted my local televion station that handles complaints
