Todd Bartley poses as a car dealer, takes your money and never delivers the vehicle. He resells them to another buyer. He has done this to numerous people. This is the short version of this story. I have and many others have gone to small claims court but he never shows up -complete waste of time.
I managed to get the Stratford Ont police to put a detective on the case and after a year of court dates, etc. He was charged with numerous accounts. He is now sitting in a jail in Kingston. I'm sure he will be back at this when he is released = so beware. He is a con-man without a conscience.
