Todd Bartley has many outstanding debts to Landlords. He has been taken to small claims court for this (but never appears) Do not waste your time in Small Claims as Todd doesn't have any money. I've won my case but I will never collect as he is broke. Other Landlords are in the same situation.
Stay clear of Todd Bartley for anything. Do not buy a vehicle, television (they are garbage) Do not rent him a place to live - you will be sorry!
