Ripoff worst auto service, deceiving part quotation, incompetent mechanic, worst customer service

I came for axle replacement. They started the job. After a few hours I checked the job and found out they are installing the wrong part. They insist they have the right part but obviously thru visual inspection it is the wrong part (Vito is the mechanic). They send my axle part for re-built.

After 3 days (my car was left in their garage) the part arrived but the center bearing was not rebuilt. Yet they charged me the same price as the first quotation (service advisor is Donovan).

I test drove the car and experienced an ABS problem and my fuel pump got busted so I came back after 30 minutes. I never had any problems before with my fuel pump and ABS brakes. I left the car again in their garage for another 3 days. They replaced the fuel pump but charged me for the parts and service.

Thru research I found out in the service manual that the battery cable must be disconnected during axle replacement which they did not follow. I complained to the manager but everytime he is not around. Canadian Crap indeed.
