Planet Ford provided me the wrong vehicle and didn't show the vehicle before signing contract. I asked that this is not the same vehicle mentioned on contract and the person said this is official name or something. Then they forced me to remove the vehicle form their dealership.
Please don't see the ratings because they buy these customers rating by money or other free stuff like oil changes etc. on the condition that consumer give then full rating in surveys. THEY OFFERED ME THE SAME.
Complaint has been registered with OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council), and waiting for their decision, then it might go to court, we are preparing for that too. I have already informed Ford Canada and Ford US.
Worst part is that General Manager (Car-man Widdess) and Sales Manager (Andrew Donnahee) were involved in this, and they at least GM (he agreed that) knew that they are providing wrong vehicle, but they did it. I have all the proofs and all emails which will be provided to court and media soon.
PLEASE PLEASE think before going there and if you go there please confirm each and every thing before signing and don't believe on their words.
I also request to anyone who has victom from this dealership to contact me so we can put up a class action lawsuit.
