Private Seller Network called to guarantee buyers to sell a used car with a 30 day money back guarantee. They said they were a Finance Company that offered special terms for individuals & they made their money by financing the car.
They said they had buyers in my area ready to contact me immediately but they needed a $169 refundable fee upfront.
Could not contact them again and they ignored their refund policy.
