Customer Dissatisfaction Poor Service etticut, Office Managerswearing at a Custome

Dear Mr. Sebastian,
At this time I would like to bring to your attention an event that occured at your establishment Rose City Dodge Chrysler Jeep on 12/21/2007 at approximately 4:46 p.m.

Around 10:00a.m. same day i spoke with your parts person (I don't have his name at this time.) However he has black hair and wear's glasses. I ordered a rear wheel bearing assembly, he said he had 3 in stock. As I have done on several occasion's in the past I requested that he pull one (1) aside and put my name on it, and I would be in later on to pay for it. He assured me this would be no problem and as always he is very helpful and a fine asset to your staff.

Upon arriving at Rose City Dodge at approximately 4:46p.m. there were two gentlemen smoking in the Shop Bay Door, they immediately entered the building and closed the door. Moments later a young woman exited the building from the showroom floor door, she lit a cigarette and proceeded on to her car, started it and then began to return to the building. In passing my vehicle I said excuse me are you closed for the day? Her response was no. I explaind, I had ordered a part earlier in the day, and that it was set aside with my name on it, my name is, and may i pick it up? As she listened and finished her cigarette she stated one moment and I will go see. After aproximately five minuets another young woman emerged from your establishment and stated that they looked around and could not find anything and that there was nobody in the parts departmant to help them because they have all gone home for the Christmas Holiday.

Upon looking at the clock in my van which the display showed at this time 4:54 p.m. I asked if your business was closed for the day? She stated we are all getting ready to go home for the Christmas Holiday, and stated again that there was no one available to help. I asked at this point is this how you do business? Realizing my error I corrected my statement and asked again, Is this how this Company does business? Her response was and I quote " Look Buddy, " which was stated in a disrespectful and demeaning tone in her voice. So I interupted her and said look I'm not your buddy! Her next words were and I quote again " You know what, Screw You nobody talks to me this way, " and proceeded to walk away. My next words to her were you have a Merry Christmas to.

Please take careful note of the following, I am a Disabled Vetran my significant other, her two sons, our daughter, and another Adult guest were present during this entire event. I will have resolution and closure in regards to this pending issue.

On January 7TH 2008, I met with Mr. Sebastian to bring this pending issue to his attention as well as offer him an opportunity to resolve and close this issue. Mr. Sebastian's solution to this issue was an apology was sufficient. I informed him that an apology was not acceptable from his Office Manager. After we both agreed that there was going to be no closure to this issue here, I informed Mr. Sebastian that I would seek other avenue's to bring closure and resolution. It is quite clear that Mr. Sebastian and his Office Manager do not comprehend the following terms, Customer Service and Five Star Ratings.
