Took vehicle in for no-start problem, was told that problem was in the ignition switch which they replaced. A week or two later the problem was still there so I brought vehicle back for further repair and was told that it was the starter. Another week or two later same problem occurs and I brought the vehicle back and it was found to be an electrical connection problem that was finally fixed by them.
I had told the company to check the wiring right from the beginning, but they said they knew what the problem was, which was wrong. They also damaged my leather seat on the driver side which they refuse to repair or acknowledge.
I asked the company to give me the money back for the switch and the starter and to repair the seat. I have yet to be heard from in this regard after numerous attempts to settle the matter.
After speaking to other people both in and out of the industry I keep getting the answer that the company was a ripoff and incompetent and that it was the last place to take your vehicle.
