These butchers are in experienced at everything to do with servicing a vehicle. The tech who is probably still in high school working for minimum wage tried to replace my perfectly good drain plug with a new one that was not the right size for my car. The tech stripped the threads to my oil pan. The manager said that the problem was caused by normal wear and tear and that my car was 10 years old. When I asked to see the my old drain plug and the new one he was trying to install, I could clearly see that they were not the same. In fact they were not even close. So now I'm out $500 to replace my oil pan because pennzoil won't admit fault to their very poor quality or work. I suggest that you do not take your car here for an oil change ever!
