Rude Customer Service

I was at 7eleven earlier today, when the bank machine ate my card. I kindly notified the lady who worked there that her machine was not working so she could give notice to anyone else to prevent this from happening to them as well. As she agreed, and I left the store. Upon exiting she gave some time so I could be a bit farther away, and she runs up and yells at me "It;s not my f***ing problem, call the bank". I went to go and ask for her name so I could make a complaint to her manager, unfortunately she covered her name tag. At this time, I asked for her manager and she yelled at me saying "I'm calling the police because you're threatening me" First of all, I'm an 18 year old female, and she's a 40 year old woman, so she should have bee mature enough to not come out after me. I told her that I was filing a complaint, and that I would like to speak with her manager, once again she yells at me "Get the f*** out of my store" I refused to leave until I found out her name so I could make the complaint. She refused to get me the manager, and so I just stayed in the store looking around for her manager. When he came out, she uncovered her name tag, he name was Shantel. After this, I told her manager what had been said and done, yet her manager agreed that with the way she treated customers was okay if they were giving her a hard time. I went to make a formal complaint online promptly after the incident, and I was unable to file a complaint because their website had a "broken link" I'm just assuming they don't want complaints. So I proceeded to call head office in British Columbia, yet I was unable to get a hold of anyone there. Clearly 7eleven is nothing but a sketchy store. I would suggest that no one shop there, due to this fact. If anything serious happened you would be unable to get a hold of them. Overall, this lady needs to be fired.
