Vanilla master card
Can t use prepaid credit card

Im french so Ihope you will understand what my complaint is all about.

Ihave vanillamaster card each worth 25$. I still have 14$ left on each card but when I try to use it on facebook it s not working but they tell me Ihave 14$ AVAILABLE ON EACH CARDS. How come Ican t use it.
