Phony barcode number also identical to scam from search on Harry Bent: 3960V2 061596LV 271 002. Someone named "Sarah Bradshaw" (promotions director) listed 1-905-781-6197. The area codes (416) and (905) are both for Ontario Canada. Berkshire Consulting Inc appears to be a legitimate company incorporated in New York. An exact match to an earlier published scam except for the name Berkshire Consulting Inc.
