Terrible Service and wrongful Billing

HI I have a few things to complain about with this so called phone service. This company is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. It first started when a sales man came to my door and offered me better prices than rogers and more services. I decided to get the phone and High Speed Internet from them which I was told was cable high speed. I god the modem and it was a phone line modem. I called them and cancled all of there services and stayed with rogers. I never used any of there services. I removed there services before any of the services came in place. Then I start getting billed for services that Im not using. How can I use to different Internets and phone lines at the same time. So I called Yak, it took one hour and there was only 12 people ahead of me. They agreed with me and told me to send back the modem and they would drop the charges wich was 360$ ridiculous. I sent the modem and now they send me a bill from a collection agency threatening to take legal action. WTF what is that all about. Now I have been on hold the whole time I have been writing this complaint. I HAVE NEVER USED ANY OF THERE SERVICES WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY I AM JUST A YOUNG FAMILY TRYING TO SAVE SOME MONEY AND THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR GIVING A SMALL COMPANY A CHANCE. Never again will I ever do that again and Im telling everyone I know including whoever is reading this never to go with YAK. Thank you for your time. Can someone help me.
