Total fake & pretentious Alibaba online agent with no REAL help at all


I am including the rest of my hour-long online chat with a nothing but totally fake & hugely pretentious Alibaba online agent on Dec 5/25 concerning a dictator supplier on their platform who rejected my refund application as soon as I found out their UPS parcel carrier charged me C$20 extra for brokerage charges & fess that I did not asked for & UPS did not even try to let me pay the customs charge myself! (see also my post from a week ago on Alibaba for the first half of this long pretentious chat)

$30 is much too high, almost half the price of this phone. About $20 is charged by UPS, I think it is totally unfair & I am not a frequent buyer from China & an experienced global store like yours should have provided some information about such high extra fees when I place the order.

I repeat my 2 messages I already sent to you, please inform UPS to stop delivery & return this phone to you. I am not prepared to pay extra $30 more & will refuse item delivery

Are you willing to accept that the supplier will bear half of the cost for you

C$20 as charged extra by UPS, I am willing to pay the C$10 government charge just to get this all over with

Okay, we will have the leader approve based on this

UPS SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO PAY FOR THIS C$10 FROM THE BEGINING

Then we will help you contact the supplier
