INTERNET SCAMS by Canadian Company, Eglinton Capital, Inc.
I paid for the Medusa software program for US$147 on November 8th, 2003 through PayPal (https://www.paypal.com). For over 2 months, the links to my paid purchase were dead. I was informed that the program is "new" and still in the making.
When I realized that nothing was coming, I requested PayPal's help to retrieve money, to no avail. I filed a report with my bank to retrieve my money, to no avail. I requested a full refund for over a dozen times direct to Eglinton Capital, Inc. over several months to customer service agent by the name of "Donna". Donna requested the accounts department to look into this from early 2004. I got no further response after subsequent enquiries.

I purchased this Internet Franchise from Eglinton Capital, Inc. for US$197, only to be told that it wasn't ready:
