I received and envelope with a letter and check enclosed. The letter says Final Notice and that they have made unsuccessful attempts to contact me regarding my Consumer Rewards Program winning.
In accordance with the Consumer Rewards Program Commisssion policy, that my prize award money has been forwarded to their clearing/disbursement institution to release my funds.
My lump sum payout was US $8000.00 (eight thousand dollars) Congratulations!
