BANK SENDING OUT REAL 'FAKE' $3, 000 CHECKS

I got the same EXACT check and letter in the mail in may of 2008 i figured it had 2 b fake bcuz ive nevr heard of them, n they tell u not 2 show it 2 anyone... but i did, and evry1 said even though it looks real do not cash it bcuz its obviously a scam... and i dont even play n e lottery??! soooo with that being said i also went on their website and they appear 2b a real bank out there, but i dont understand how a 'real' bank could be doing this 2 people??

i would LOOOVE 2c who actually has a credible account with these people lol i even called the number one time to confront them and a man with an indian accent answerd me sounding like he didnt know where 2 direct me, like he was caught off gaurd, then he told me 2 call bac at a specific date and time lol... and wen i did no one answerd... suprise suprise!!
THOSE PEOPLE DISGUST ME AND THEY NEED 2B EXPOSED!!
