This is the 2nd time this bank has done this to me, the first time was a year ago, I put gas in my car and went to pay, transaction denied!! I had to leave my license and other ID for collateral while I went to borrow money off a relative to pay for the gas. When I contacted the bank they denied my account was ever frozen. it somehow mysteriously reactivated itself.
This weekend I am stranded with no money or food since my card has been frozen again, I tried to contact the bank and all I got was a message saying to contact them on their next business day, so it looks like I'll have to pawn one of my guitars so I can have something to eat this weekend. you'd think they'd have a 24 hour emergency number for emergencies like this. good thing I'm not out in the middle of nowhere with no gas in my car, don't know what I'd do then. I will be going to the bank tomorrow to take all my money out and find a new bank. this is unacceptable.
