On Aug. 15, 2008 I recieved a letter with a check in the amount of $4875 in a plain white envelope with a Canadian cancled stamp. The letter states that I am a winner in the DE-LOTTO NORTH AMERICAN SWEEPSTAKES LOTTORY ON SHOPPERS held on Friday June 27, 2008.

I am entitled to the sum of $125, 000.00 US dollors, part of the total of $4million US dollors. Enclosed was a check for $4875 of which $2, 875 was to be paid by Western Union directly to the government tax agent. In the letter I should not attempt to cash the check until I call the number in the letter. I did and was told to call back in a half hour. I did and was told to call back in 5 minutes. I never called back.

There 2 addresses on the check. Universal Rewards and Trust 501 S 9th St., Reading PA. 19602 and name and address of bank Leesport Bank Reading PA 19604 Reading PA 19604-1522

Both letter and check were dated Aug.8, 2008
