Fraudulant Prize Winning Claim Check

I received a check for $4, 875.00 drawn on Commerce Bank in Wayne, PA 19087. Name of company issuing chek is Universal Rewards and Trust, P O Box 939, Buckingham PA 18912-0939.

Letterhead on enclosed letter is from Universal Rewards & Trust, International Claims Departmen in Toronto Canada. Bryan McDonald is president, Joe Martins is claims/disbursement manager.

Letter states I have won $125, 000 U.S. Dollars. The enclosed check is for payment of applicable government taxs on the big winnings.

Upon Googling Universal Rewards & Trust, I found many complaints stating this is a fraud.

I am ripping up the check and wish I could report this to the FBI or some other agency.
